At the request of our clients we decided to create a boutique shop of house-made ingredients and gourmet specialty food items that can be used in your daily cooking. We strive to use high-quality, locally sourced ingredients that make your homemade meals gourmet.  

Ginniberries was established in 1996 by Chef Michelle Nakaya. Thanks to the coconut wireless, what started as a private chef venture quickly blossomed into a thriving catering business. After 23 years Ginniberries continues to thrive and now includes a high-end boutique of house made food products and two brick and mortar food establishments.
